Class I, C2; Maple Cabinet with Camphor Burl Veneer

Class I, C2; Maple Cabinet with Camphor Burl Veneer (photo 1) by S. Revella; Friday Harbor, WA 98250. "One day my wife said, "Could you build me a ..." and now we have this cabinet to submit to the county fair. An asymmetrical top sets up the glass display area for porcelain collected by wife's great grandparents when they traveled to Japan and China. The cabinet doors and drawer faces are veneered in Camphor Burl, matched both horizontally and vertically. The case joinery is dovetail, mortise and tenon with drawers inset."
