RULES:
- All articles must have been completed within the past year and must be the work of the exhibitor.
- Articles stained, soiled, or showing wear will not be judged.
- Any article deemed unworthy will not be judged.
- Only one entry per lot number per entrant will be accepted.
- Pictures and rugs must have strong hangers ready for hanging. Do not use string.
- The Youth division is for entrants 16 years and younger. Ages are to be noted on entry tag. The Seniors division is for entrants 70 years and older.
- The Special Division is for physically challenged individuals of any age.
- Judges may award duplicate ribbons.
- There is a special group entry category.
- There is a special Fair Theme category.
- Quilts may be professionally quilted if noted.
